Bc. Izabela Čubová

I work as a project office coordinator in the P4G team, to which I bring experience in catering and administrative support. I have been working in gastronomy since I was 16 years old - I started in Hotel Kempa, then I gained experience in Restaurant Sokolovna and Restaurant and Pension U Mámy. I am currently working as a bartender in the O2 Arena, where I have learned to manage communication with customers and work under pressure.

At the same time I am studying project management at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, where I am expanding my theoretical knowledge in the field of project, process and team management. I have also gained experience in the HR department of the regional office of the Zlín Region, where during my internship I worked on organizing training, managing HR documentation and routine administration.

I bring to the team a practical approach to problem solving, organisational skills and a desire to develop further.
