Complete design of the kitchen and dispensing facilities

For the summer refreshment operation in the Biotop Zruč area, we have designed a kitchen and dispensary layout that reflects the requirements for quick preparation of simple but attractive meals and comfortable beverage dispensing. The kitchen is optimised for seasonal operation with an emphasis on efficiency, hygiene and working with returnable packaging.

The range includes mainly burgers, tortillas, grilled and fried dishes, fresh salads and other light meals. Beverage service including coffee, chilled and hot drinks is handled in a separate section of the kitchen, which is equipped with a special dishwasher for plastic returnable cups.

The design was developed taking into account seasonal peaks, ergonomics of the operator and working in a small operating space. The result is a flexible and modern solution that supports sustainable operations and quality service for visitors to the site.

  • Dishwasher for working dishes - for hygienic facilities during the day's operation.
