Layout design of the kitchen, café and bar area

We designed a complete food and beverage operation including a kitchen, café and bar for the modern Edison Filmhub cultural space. The operation is designed to allow for the preparation of breakfasts, simple bistro meals and the provision of cold and hot catering for cultural and corporate events.

The kitchen solution supports fast and efficient service in bistro operations - for example, when preparing quiches, toasts, tapas, sweet and savoury pies, soups or burgers. Beverage service (coffee, tea, juices, etc.) takes place in the bar area as well as in the main kitchen.

The entire operation is designed to meet demanding operational, hygienic and aesthetic requirements, with an emphasis on variability and ease of service in a cultural cinema and café environment.
