The restaurant on the ground floor of a historic villa in the heart of nature set high demands on the combination of traditional atmosphere with modern gastronomic operation. The client required a kitchen that could serve not only 30 guests in normal operation, but also nearly 100 guests during the summer months thanks to the extended outdoor capacity. Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, efficient food preparation logistics and meeting the highest hygiene standards was key.
