Aleš Nevařil is our expert in turnkey projects, bringing a unique combination of construction and gastronomy knowledge. A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology with a doctorate degree, he has extensive experience as Business Unit Manager at SWC InTech s.r.o., Senior Project Engineer at SEWACO s.r.o. and Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Skalský Dvůr.

Aleš stands out for his professionalism, reliability and empathy. His friendly approach and ability to create tailor-made solutions make him a key member of our team. As an experienced designer and project management expert, he has contributed to building a modern professional design office that emphasizes top quality projects and detailed workmanship in catering operations.

His goal is to continually push the boundaries in the design field and bring innovative solutions to his clients. Outside of work, Ales enjoys chess, botany, genealogy and mushroom hunting, which contributes to his versatile view of the world.
