Our company Projects 4GASTRONOMY s.r.o., a specialist in the design and optimization of professional gastro operations, has successfully designed a modern kitchen for the prestigious restaurant in the Forest Resort Hotel Vír. This unique gastronomic concept, set in a First Republic villa, combines a first-class dining experience with an efficiently designed operation.
Through advanced BIM design, we have created a solution that maximises the efficiency of the kitchen, meets the highest hygiene standards and respects the historic character of the building. The restaurant now easily handles year-round operations with a capacity of 30 guests and can serve up to 100 guests on the expanded outdoor patio during the summer season.
