We would like to introduce you to our newest project, the Buchterie patisserie and café in Polná. Our design office has designed a space that meets the highest standards for a café and pastry shop.
Buchterie is a place where we lovingly pass on the best of what we know. We love buns, cakes, coffee and delicious desserts that reflect first-class ingredients and careful production. We pride ourselves on freshness and impeccable taste that will keep you coming back for more.
We have also supplied the refrigeration equipment and the coffee machine that is at the heart of any professional kitchen. Convection machines allow you to cook with hot air, steam or a combination of the two, ensuring juicier, tastier food with higher nutritional value. They designed the complete kitchen layout and project to make the operation as efficient as possible.
