At first glance, summer may seem like a quiet time in the foodservice projection industry. There are fewer meetings, investors and operators are taking vacations, and restaurants or hotels are busy dealing with guests. The whole industry seems to be taking a break.
But the opposite is true.
It is in the summer that steps are being taken in the P4G design office that are not visible on the outside, but are moving our projects forward by leaps and bounds.
