Projects 4GASTRONOMY at BIM DAY 2025 Conference
We are delighted to announce that our company, Projects 4GASTRONOMY, will participate in the prestigious BIM DAY conference, organized by czBIM. The conference takes place from September 30 to October 1, and we will present our own workshop on the second day.

Workshop: BIM and Gastronomy Design
Speakers:

The workshop will showcase the unique integration of BIM methodology with gastronomy design, opening new possibilities in planning and implementing professional kitchen operations.
We will demonstrate:

We will focus on:
- Economic framework and cost optimization
- Spatial management and specifics of kitchen design
- Precision and gastronomy experience translated into digital form
The session will also include an introduction to our P4G philosophy – how we approach design, our direction, and why we aim to expand this approach internationally.
Workshop goal: To show what BIM brings to the world of gastronomy, why gastronomy design is essential, and how collaboration in a BIM environment can benefit architects, investors, and end users.
