Bc. Luboš Prüger

Luboš's story starts from his childhood, when his passion for the world of gastronomy became an inseparable part of his life. In 1991, he was born into a family where a love of good food was a given, so it was no surprise that he decided to turn his passion into a career. He graduated from the Charbulova gastronomic school in Brno with a four-year degree in cookery, where he gained a solid foundation for his future career.

His talent led him to prestigious hotels such as Voronezh and International, where he gained valuable experience. After graduating, he decided to expand his horizons in England, where he spent a year gathering gastronomic experience and skills. After returning back to the Czech Republic, he took over the management of the racing and catering canteen, where he and his team prepared 600 meals a day and ran two canteens.

At the age of 25, Luboš decided to further his education and studied distance learning at Masaryk University, majoring in Practical Teaching. He then spent three years teaching future chefs and waiters, where he was able to pass on his wealth of experience and enthusiasm for the field to the next generation.

Luboš' approach to work is driven by his passion for technology, solutions and education. This passion led him to accept an offer to become a sales and project manager where he can fully commit to delivering projects and meeting customer expectations. For Luboš, the greatest reward is to see a satisfied client and a successfully completed project.

When he is not immersed in work, he enjoys spending time in nature, enjoying good coffee and food, and relaxing while playing the guitar or meeting friends. Cheerful and smiling with a gentle sarcastic humor, Luboš is also a dedicated summer camp organizer, which he has been volunteering for over 15 years. Teaching has stayed with him, whether in his professional life or in educating young people through extracurricular activities.

Luboš Prüger is proof that passion and professionalism go hand in hand, and his approach is an inspiration to anyone who wants to combine a love of the field with a desire for continuous development and learning in their career.
