A space that shapes generations

As CEO of 4GASTRONOMY Projects, I have one thing for sure: technology is just the beginning.

Every day, the team at ⚙️ deals with technology - BIM models, automation, traffic simulation. These allow us to design efficient kitchens and school canteens where everything works like clockwork. And it works great.

But in hindsight I can see one thing clearly: what makes the biggest difference is space.

The environment that makes the difference

Architects don't just create a "room for food." They create an environment that affects children - their mood, their energy, their appetite, and most importantly, their sense of safety and well-being.

When I look at the projects we have done, I realize that these spaces are where children not only eat, but also share experiences, learn and grow.

And that's what's essential for me personally. As a father and as a professional, I see the responsibility we have when we create the environment in which the next generation grows up.

Technology and architecture go hand in hand

Thanks to modern BIM design, we are now able to combine technical precision with the emotion of space. We see a project not just as a plan on paper, but as a living environment where functionality, aesthetics and the human dimension come together.

That is why at Projects 4GASTRONOMY we build on partnerships with architects ?. They bring to projects what no technology can - a sense of space, detail and atmosphere that remains present in these places every day.

My management philosophy

I knew from the beginning that I didn't want 4GASTRONOMY Projects to be just a "design office".
Our brand is built on a human approach - we listen to our clients, understand their needs and look for solutions that make sense not only technically, but also humanly.

And the more projects we do, the more it is confirmed that the environment we create is as important as the technology we use.

The future starts in the environment

I believe that the environment in which children spend their time shapes their future . That's why I approach our projects with respect - for the schools, for the children and for everyone who cares for them every day.

For me, it's more than a job. It's a personal mission to change environments that have a real impact on people.

? What do you think?
Should school cafeterias just be functional, or should more thought be given to the environment that surrounds children? Share your opinion.
