Jiří Brůha

Jirka was born in 1984 into a family with a gastronomic past. Great-grandmother worked in the kitchen of the Municipal House in Prague. His grandmother ran a pub and Jirka also inherited gastronomic talents. He successfully completed his apprenticeship as a chef-waiter and started cooking, which he enjoyed more and more...

He gained experience in restaurants and hotels at the Lipno Dam, in Český Krumlov and in České Budějovice. In 2011 he went to experience another region and gastronomy across the border in Germany. Fate then took him further to his neighbours in Austria. Gradually, thanks to his passion and diligence, he worked his way up to the position of chef in a prestigious restaurant.

He returned home in the Covid era and threw himself into the construction industry with the same vigour, diligence and passion. He expanded his knowledge of the industry, took an interest in new innovations and technologies, and honed his business skills.

Jirka then took up the offer of combining gastronomy and design, where he could apply his many years of practical experience in restaurants, hotels and other catering operations. He is most satisfied when everything goes as it should during implementation.

In his free time, he devotes his time to his family or sports activities of all kinds. He enjoys travelling and getting to know new countries, their culture and gastronomy.
