For Poličské strojírny, we designed the technical solution and layout of a cooking plant for the finishing and dispensing of ready meals in company catering. The design emphasized speed of service, thermal stability of meals and hygiene standards in the operation with higher dispensing capacity.
The design of the dispensing room and kitchen facilities was developed with regard to the ergonomics of the service, thermal comfort and smoothness of operational flows. The result is a functional and practical solution that supports efficient corporate catering for the employees of the engineering company.
