Panasonic
Design of catering facilities for the Panasonic production hall in Pilsen, with an emphasis on operational logic, capacity, and compliance with the strictest hygiene standards.
The project for Panasonic is one of the most extensive and technologically demanding projects we have undertaken in recent years. As part of the production facility in Pilsen, we designed catering facilities for production hall employees with an emphasis on capacity, operational clarity, and compliance with the strictest hygiene requirements.
The aim of the design was to create a functional and well-organized catering facility that would enable smooth daily operation even under high loads. The space was designed so that the individual operational units logically follow on from each other and at the same time are clearly separated in terms of hygiene, safety, and work organization.
The layout solution works with a consistent separation of storage, washing, preparation, and cooking areas. This ensures a smooth flow of raw materials, staff, and finished dishes without crossing operations. The design emphasizes workplace ergonomics and a clear layout of technology, which contributes to efficient service and long-term sustainable operation.
The catering facility was designed as a whole to meet the highest hygiene standards and food safety requirements. The solution includes separate storage areas, a production area with clearly defined work zones, and a separate washing center designed for high-capacity operation.
The overall design ensures smooth operation, operator comfort, and stable kitchen functioning in a production hall environment with a large number of employees.
